What My Perfect Day Looks Like

As the new year comes its worth reevaluating how you spend your days. A useful exercise is to sit down and imagine what my perfect day looks like. For me it involves peak productivity and a lot of exercise here is the list below. What about yours?

Wake up
Light snack
Jog or work out
Full breakfast
Hard or high priority work
Lunch
Light or low priority work
Rock climb
Dinner
Free time
Sleep
